The property was built some 400 years ago (circa 1600) and was made using the famous local stone from the island of Brac.

It underwent some major renovation work in the 70's when the property was acquired by the present owners.

Outside the house is one of the few remaining original stone mills, traditionally used for making olive oil. This mill is still in working order although no longer used for oil making and is protected by the National Heritage.

Situated in the secluded 'Gustirna' (plaza/piazza) in a village centre and only 20 metres from the sea, the house is perfectly located for access to the village whilst enjoying the benefits of being 'tucked away' from the main street.
